The central voicemail system integrated into the hybird 300 / 600 receives calls and records messages to enable effective and cost efficient workflows, particularly for small and medium-size enterprises.

In the modern business world, it`s imperative to be reachable - every call could be a potential customer. The central voicemail system integrated into the hybird 300 / 600 receives calls and records messages to enable effective and cost efficient workflows, particularly for small and medium-size enterprises. Depending on the configuration, the system can provide up to 120 VoiceBoxes. A dedicated portal allows users to configure their VoiceMail Box individually, even from a remote location.

In the event the intended recipient of the call is not available or the line is busy, the caller is forwarded to the personal VoiceBox of the recipient. The VoiceMail Box is configured using voice menus which are currently available in German, English, and Italian. The preferred language can be set for all the VoiceMail Boxes from the main configuration. Each VoiceBox can be set individually to the desired menu language. Two greetings can be used for each VoiceBox — with or without the option to record a message. Individual greetings can be recorded by users over the telephone.

The VoiceMail system informs users about all incoming calls with alerts or notification sounds, via MWI (message waiting indication), or even with voice-to-e-mail, which forwards voice messages to an e-mail account. A dedicated calendar controls the personal greetings - either during or outside of business hours.

The user Web portal allows each personal VoiceBox to be individually configured and provides information on received voice messages. Participants can access the VoiceMail system remotely, allowing them to listen to received voice messages anywhere and respond by returning the call, deleting the message, saving it, or forwarding it as an e-mail.

A license is required to use the elmeg hybird VoiceMail system. Two VoiceBoxes are included with every elmeg hybird 300 / 600.
